Developing an “Event Platform” will facilitate the creation of events by ZIN members. Furthermore, will minimize Zumba’s financial responsibilities for non-sponsored events. At the time of event creation, each host is asked to add a personal Paypal account to exempt Zumba from all responsibilities on ticket sales & distribution of funds. After the event is approved the host will have the responsibility to handle all communications about event changes or cancellations.
